PESTPOINT · 2020 – PRESENT
Pestpoint E-Commerce Store
An e-commerce platform for biocidal products. Product catalog, cart, orders, payment through a 3D Secure virtual POS, shipping notifications and an admin panel, all in a single Laravel application.
My role: Full-stack development: I own every technical part, from the code to the servers.

The Problem
Biocidal products are not sold like ordinary store items: customers want to choose a product by the pest and the area of use, and packaging types and stock are tracked separately.
Payment arrives by card or bank transfer, and customers need to be told when their order ships. All of this has to stay manageable for a small team.

Session-based cart, discounts, address management and order tracking.
Payments
Card payments through the QNB Finansbank 3D Secure virtual POS; bank accounts and payment requests for transfers.
Shipping and Notifications
Carrier records and “your order has shipped” emails.
Content
Blog, FAQ, product reviews, favorites and an automatic sitemap.
Admin Panel
Products, stock, orders, payments and content managed in one place.
Hard Problems I Solved
- 1
3D Secure Virtual POS Integration
I built the bank’s 3D Secure flow from start to finish and wrote a layer that turns the transaction codes returned by the bank into messages customers understand.
- 2
Abandoned Cart Reminders
A scheduled command sends reminder emails to users who left a cart unfinished; old cart sessions are cleaned up regularly.
- 3
Staying Current Over the Years
Since 2020 the application has been kept current through PHP and Laravel upgrades; today it runs on Laravel 12, Tailwind CSS 4 and Vite.
